What is The ProviderMax Program?

A Corporate Housing Provider is financially responsible for the negligent losses of the Unit and the property contents.   

ProviderMax is a Property Damage program that provides coverage for Corporate Housing Providers and is designed to give Corporate Housing Providers, Employers, and the Employees (the Occupant) insurance protection against losses.  

What Does ProviderMax Provide?

• Blanket Building & Contents: $250,000 Occurrence
• Personal Property of Others: $15,000
• Personal Property of Covered Renter: $15,000
• Theft of Contents: $10,000 w/ $1,000 Deductible (filed police report)
• Additional Living Expenses: $1,000
• Medical Expenses $500
• Funeral Expense $500

Bedbug Coverage: $5,000

• Provides coverage for Personal Items and Additional Living Expenses incurred by occupant for Treatment of Bedbug Elimination Services.

Accidental Damage To Contents: $20,000

• Provides protection for accidental interior damage to the unit during occupant’s residency.  This additional coverage provides for incidence such as damaged  walls, stained carpet, damaged furniture, pet damage, etc.
